If you’re like me, quite a lot.
Some make the cut.
Others don’t.
And, because I keep going back to them, time and time again, I wanted to share them with you.
Solid Website 01: CREATIVE BOOM
Creative Boom celebrates, inspires and supports the creative community. Launched in 2009, we explore the best in creativity and deliver news, inspiration, insight and advice to help you succeed.”
Creative Boom is a website that rocked my world in 2024. I discovered it toward the end of the year, I think through an article on Flipbook. If you’re interested in graphic design, art, photography, or illustration– or, quite frankly, anything artistic– this is the one for you.
Creative Boom’s article are often just what I need for a little inspriation or to connect with some other creative people!
They focus in on news, inspiration, features, resources, and tips. They also have a Podcast, but I’m a little confused on how often they publish. Still, the ones they have out on Spotify now are very informative, if you’re a creative person.
Solid Website 02. LEONARDO AI
“Leonardo AI (Artificial Intelligence) is– OK, I’m going to say it–the greatest way to try out concepts that you want to transform into visuals.
You simply type in word-prompts and tell the AI what you need an image of, and Leonardo takes it from there.
The longer you experiment with Leonardo, the better you will get at being specific in your prompts and get exactly what you want back. If you’re still confused, you can view the prompts of other people on Leonardo and see what their wording was, copy that, and tinker with the words to get what you want in an image.
If you sign up for the group on Facebook, you’ll see stunning examples of images that can be created this way.
I also saved the best for last.
Any image you create using Leonardo, you can use as your own.
Anywhere you want.
Leonardo also has an option to make your final product into a very short video (Click ‘Play’ on the 3 videos below to see some examples)!

Solid Website 03: ELECTRIC LIT
They specialize in novels, nonfiction, writers, poety, and essays.
Their articles are interesting and informative, and you’ll find yourself skipping to the next one, again and again.
Becasue of that, it’s one of the wesites that rocked my world in 2024.
