A Life Filled With Stories

I’ve spent my life in roles that put me face-to-face with all kinds of people. Cops. Criminals. Tech teams. TV crews. Millionaires. And, many folks who almost defy description.

Those real-world encounters trained my eye as a novelist. They taught me how people speak when they’re afraid, what they hide, what they reveal by accident, and how contradictions live comfortably inside a single human being.

But my understanding of story didn’t come from theory alone. It was earned through the long, demanding work of writing, editing, and finishing novels.

I am the author of six novels.

And each novel required drafts that failed, revisions that clarified, and the discipline to carry a story from first sentence to final page. That process taught me what sustains narrative momentum, how structure holds under pressure, and why most creative advice breaks down halfway through a book.

Today, that lived experience shapes the way I help writers. Not with formulas, but with principles tested across full-length fiction.

Principles drawn from actually doing the work, returning to the page, and finishing what many writers only begin.

Need a one-on-one human connection?

How My Experience Can Help You.

I share what I’ve learned because writing is hard, and no one should have to do it alone.

Even me!

Everything on this site comes from my own experience writing and finishing novels.

The missteps.

The revisions.

The long middle.

The  quiet satisfactions of seeing a story through.

I don’t charge for sharing these lessons.

I write to connect with other creators, to think alongside you, and to keep the conversation going — through blog posts, one-on-one emails, and the novels themselves.
